1) There will not be materials for notes, pens, nor coffee break available, since no fee will be charged.

2) There will be one advisor per room and one advisors in the halls, responsible for guiding the participants of the event.

3) The activities will be held in rooms 9 and 10 of Building Didática V. In each room there will be made available one projector and one notebook only for the presenters use.

4) The location of the event does not have WIFI.

5) The Organizing Committee of the III National Seminar on Education Policy and Management and the International Conference on Empirical Research in Education is not responsible for objects and/or equipments (or other property) that disappear during the event.
